
Ingredients potato soup
4 tbsp Butter
4 cup Chicken Broth
4 cup Milk
1 cup Onion chopped
1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Cooked Bacon chopped fine
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
8 Potatoes peeled and diced
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 Chives
how to make potato soup
Melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add flour and stir until blended. Gradually stir in broth.
Heat until slightly thickened. Add milk and potatoes.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cheese and seasonings. Top with chives and bacon.
