Ingredients chicken kiev
1 chicken breasts
1 frozen butter slices
1 assorted fresh chopped herbs (I used basil rosemary parsley and chives
1 bread crumbs
1 egg wash
1 canola oil
1 salt and pepper
1 sliced lemon
how to make chicken kiev
Create a hole in each chicken breast.
Roll butter in herbs and place in hole. Secure with tooth picks.
Place chicken in egg wash and then roll in bread crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Squeeze lemon over top.
Don't forget to take out the tooth picks before serving!
