catfish nuggets



Ingredients catfish nuggets


3 lb Fresh Catfish fillets
4 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 vegetable oil
1/4 tsp Old bay creole seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 tbsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp Tony Chacheres creole seasoning
4 cup Yellow corn flour

how to make catfish nuggets


Heat oil 375°


In large mixing bowl mix corn flour, lemon pepper, Garlic and Onion powder, seasoning salt and creole seasoning


Clean fish fillets and slice in pieces


In medium bowl combine lemon juice and old bay seasoning


In another bowl beat eggs


Put your quantity of catfish in the lemon juice and old bay and coat


Dip catfish in egg..then coat in fish fry...


Fry fish for 3 to 5 mins depending on how hot your grease is
