1 bucket of Chitterlings
Add-In's
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 large potato
2 tbsp vinegar
seasonings
2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Lawery's seasoning salt
Spice
1/3 cup Frank's red hot sauce
1 tsp Cheyenne pepper
Cleaning ingredients
1 tbsp vinegar
2 cup cold water

CLEAN Chitterlings
Place in (cleaning ingredients) cold water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let soak for 20-30 minutes
Drain, place in pot with enough water to cover them
Being to a boil on med-high heat
Drain, rinse with warm water and fill up pot again covering Chitterlings with water
Turn heat to med-low, dice potato and slice onion
Add potato & onion to simmering pot
Add seasonings, minced garlic and vinegar
If adding spice add now
Simmer pot covered for 3 hours until tender
