
Ingredients spinach and sausage pasta
1 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
1 box FarFalle (Bow Tie) pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp minced garlic (fresh or jar)
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 cup Baby Spinach

Follow directions and cook pasta according to box drain and set aside
In a large skillet add olive oil, garlic and break up sausage. Cook on medium heat covered until meat is just about done (about 10 mins) stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and stir in pasta, washed spinach stir well. Last add Parmesan cheese and stir. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand 2 mins to allow cheese to melt. Serve with home made garlic bread :)'
