Ingredients soft and chewy oatmeal cookies


1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 6/7 cup flour
3 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup raisins

how to make soft and chewy oatmeal cookies


Preheat oven to 350°F.


Cream butter and sugars.


Beat in eggs, followed by remaining ingredients.


Drop by spoonfuls or cookie scoop onto baking sheet. Bake for 11 - 12 minutes.
