
Ingredients rosemary roasted sweet potatoes
2 Large Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
1 1/2 tbsp Dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400° F.
Peel, rinse and dice sweet potatoes. Place in large bowl.
Melt butter in microwave, about 30-45 seconds.
Mix rosemary and cinnamon in with the melted butter and pour over potatoes.
Gently toss to coat evenly.
Spread in even layer on baking sheet and bake for about 45 mins or until potatoes are fork tender.
