Ingredients red lentil dahl
1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 White Onion
1 clove Garlic
2 cup Red Lentils
1 tbsp Tumeric
1 tbsp Corriander
1 tbsp Cumin
1/4 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
4 cup Vegetable Broth
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
how to make red lentil dahl
Add sesame seed oil to pan. Sauté onion and garlic until well browned.
Add vegetable broth, lentils and spices. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add tomato purée. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with feta cheese crumbled on top and naan bread.
