Ingredients rads coffeecake
1 1/2 cup Plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup canola oil
5 tbsp milk
4 tsp coffee (dissolved in 4 tbsp hot water )
how to make rads coffeecake
Preheat the oven 180°c
Oil two baking tins (8 inch I prefer)
Put these dry ingredients in the food processor and mix them
After processing the dry ingredients add
Process everything into a smooth batter .
Transfer it to the tins dividing the batter equally.
Bake it for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes give a check if its done. Let it cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
