
Ingredients parmesan crackers
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 Egg yolk
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 dash add any seasonings to desired tastes

Preheat oven to 350°F
In a medium bowl, combine the flour and butter with your hands, until the mixture is like corn meal.
add the Parmesan cheese, oregano, black pepper and egg. Add a little water at a time until you form a soft dough.
Roll out onto a slightly floured surface, about 1/8 inch thick. Cut small circles in dough, using a shot glass. (Can also use any shape cookie cutter)
Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Using a small fork, press into each cracker, about 3 times.
Put in oven and bake for 10 minutes, take out and turn the crackers over. Place back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
