Ingredients egg cups


6 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tbsp onion chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1 dash salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 slice ham
1 cheddar cheese (just enough to sprinkle on each egg cup)
12 foil baking cups

how to make egg cups


Preheat oven to 450°. Place foil baking cups in a cupcake pan.


Mix together first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Pour egg mixture into foil cups until each is about 3/4 full.


Cut up ham into small pieces and evenly distribute into cups. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.


Bake 8-10 minutes.


Freeze leftovers to enjoy as a quick breakfast another day!
