
Ingredients fried corn on the cob
2 Corn Cobs (split in half)
3 tbsp Canola Oil
1 Salt and Pepper

Heat oil to medium high.
Add corn and roll in oil frequently until browned. BE CAREFULL TO AVOID SPATTER FROM POPPING KERNELS!!!
Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
