Ingredients crustless cheesecake pie


3 pks. Cream Cheese (room temp)
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tbs. Flour
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 pinch Salt
3 large Eggs

how to make crustless cheesecake pie


Cream cheese till fluffly.


Add sugar and blend for 2 mins., scraping bowl sides.


Add rest of ingredients except eggs, blend 1 min.


Add eggs 1 at a time until just blended, not whipped.


Pour into greased 9" Pyrex pie plate; smooth top.


Bake at 325° for 42 mins. Cake will be jiggly but look dry and cracked.


Remove from oven, let cool. It will fall and look shiny.


Refrigerate until serving time.


Serve plain or with fruit topping.
