Ingredients cream cheese cranberry muffins


1 cup butter- softened
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese - softened
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cup confectioners sugar
3 tbsp milk-2%

how to make cream cheese cranberry muffins


Preheat oven to 350° .


In large bowl cream butter, cream cheese & sugar until light & fluffy.


Add eggs. One at a time. Beating well after each.Beat in vanilla. Combine dry ing. Add to creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in cranberries & nuts.


Fill greased or lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 min. ( mine only took about 18 ) .or until toothpick comes out clean


Cool 5 min.move to wire rack. Combine confectioners sugar , milk. Drizzle over muffins.
