Ingredients banana ice cream
1 medium banana
2 tbsp 2 tablespoons almond milk (or greek yogurt)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
how to make banana ice cream
Slice and freeze banana over night or for 4+ hours
Get out your blender and add greek yogurt (or almond milk) then add vanilla and the banana.
Start blending the banana. It might be a little chunky at first, but it will become creamy.
Eat it now, or put it in a container and freeze it for 2+ hours (for optimal texture)
