
Ingredients vegetable noodle soup
1 box Chicken broth
2 cup water
2 carrots
2 onions
3 celery
2 clove garlic
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 packages egg noodles
salt and pepper

Boil your noodles according to the packaging instructions.
Dice your onions, celery, and carrots. Set aside.
Heat up your oil in a pot and sautee your garlic until it turns golden. Keep a close eye, it'll only take about 30 seconds or less!
Add in your chopped veggies, herbs, salt and pepper and sautee for about 7-10 minutes until the onions are translucent.
When the veggies are soft, add your chicken broth and boil for 5 minutes.
When your pasta is ready, drain and add to the soup. Give the soup a final taste and adjust for seasoning.
Now you're done! Serve with crusty Italian bread or saltine crackers! Num num num!
