Ingredients orange cranberry sauce
2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp orange juice
5 mandarin oranges (peeled to pulp)
4 cup fresh cranberries
2 tsp grated orange rind
how to make orange cranberry sauce
in saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, cloves, water, juice
bring to boil
reduce heat
simmer 10 min
discard cloves
add oranges and cranberries
bring to boil
reduce heat
simmer 10 min stirring constantly
discard cinnamon
add orange rind
serve
