Ingredients leftover chicken creamy pasta


1 leftover shredded chicken
1 packages dried spaghetti
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
4 fresh button mushrooms sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 salt&pepper to taste
1 any leftover veggies (corn broccoli etc)

how to make leftover chicken creamy pasta


Add pasta and oil to sslted boiling water. Cook until al dente.


In a pot melt the butter, add mushrooms and cook until soft and dark. Stir in the garlic, chicken, oregano, and chicken broth. Increase the heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes.


Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add any leftover veggies.


Stir in the pasta and leave on the heat for a few minutes to heat through.


Add the parmesan and salt&pepper to taste.


Serve and enjoy.
