Ingredients honey mustard chicken


2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
1 tbsp unsalted butter
salt
ground black pepper
1 onion chopped
1 green bell pepper
1 mushrooms (quantity as you like)
1 chopped parsley
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp chicken stock
8 chicken legs
2 clove garlic

how to make honey mustard chicken


Marinade the chicken with pepper, salt, garlic. Add the chicken stock and let it sit in for about 10 minutes.


Sautee garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers amd onions in butter and olive oil. Add pepper and salt to taste. Mix for a few minutes before adding the chicken.


Add the chicken to the pan together with the chicken stock. Mix until chicken gets brown.


On a separate bowl, mix honey and mustard well then add it to the pan.


Mix for about 5 minutes making sure the chicken is being coated by the honey-mustard mix.


Continue cooking in medium low until sauce gets sticky and until chicken gets cooked. Add pepper and salt to taste and top off with parsely. Serve hot.
