1 lb Haddock
5 each Potatoes
1 stick Butter
1 each Onion
1 can Evaporated Milk 12oz
1 dash Salt
1 dash Garlic Powder

Peel and dice potatoes into 1" pieces.


Dice 1 large onion


Add potato and onion to pot. Add water to just cover the potatoes


Cook until potatoes are almost fork tender


Add stick of butter and 1 can of condensed milk.


Return to a boil, add fish last. Cook until fish is white.


Salt to taste. Garlic powder if desired
