
Ingredients ginger glazed mahi mahi
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1 garlic clove
2 tsp olive oil
4 6 oz. mahi mahi filets
1 salt and pepper
how to make ginger glazed mahi mahi
in a shallow dish stir together honey soy sauce vinegar ginger and olive oil
season fish filets with salt and pepper and place them in dish
if fish has skin place skin side down
cover and refridgerate for 20 min to marinate
heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
remove fish from dish and reserve marinade
saute fish for 4-6 minutes on each side turning only once until it flakes easily with a fork
remove from skillet and keep warm
pour reserved marinade in skillet and heat over medium heat until the mixture reduces to a glaze
spoon glaze over fish
