eggnog pumpkin pie



Ingredients eggnog pumpkin pie


1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup eggnog
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin

how to make eggnog pumpkin pie


In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt.


Pour into pie crust.


Bake at 375° for 60 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.


Cool on a wire rack.


Refrigerate until serving.


*I make this using store bought eggnog.*
