
Ingredients easy coleslaw
2 12 oz. packs deluxe Coleslaw cabbage mix
1 small Onion
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup White vinegar
3/4 cup Hellmans mayo
1 tbs. Lemon juice
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 tsp. Celery seed

Mix sugar and vinegar.
Put onion in food processor and mince.
Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage) and process on med. high until well mixed, about 15 seconds. Rest mixture for 1 minute, then process again for 15 seconds.
Add mixture to cabbage in large bowl.
Refrigerate 4 hrs., stirring occasionally. Will thicken up on standing.
Mix well and serve.
