
Ingredients creamy lemon chicken
1 cooking spray
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp garlic salt
ground black pepper
1 can 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup (optional)
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper or both
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp water
4 garnish with lemon slices
how to make creamy lemon chicken
Season chicken with black pepper & garlic salt set aside. Spray or grease nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high heat 1 min. Add chicken & cook until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet
In same skillet stir in soups, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, pepper heat to a slow boil.
Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle red pepper flakes. Cover and cook for 5 mins or until chicken is cooked through. Place chicken in serving dish & garnish with lemon slices
