Ingredients cottage cheese and spinach pie


400 grams cottage cheese
300 grams spinach
5 eggs
180 grams flour self raising
40 grams butter
1 dill
1 spring onions

how to make cottage cheese and spinach pie


Beat ONE egg with softened butter with mixer, add flour and mix untill it falls into crumbles. Put more flour if there are no crumbles.


Pour the crumbles onto the greased pan. Pat the crumbles slightly so they are not falling everywhere. Then put spinach over it. I used frozen spinach, poured boiling water over them to soften first then soaked the water.


I blended cottage cheese with FOUR eggs, dill and spring onions in a food processor and poured the mix over spinach, smooth the surface with a spoon and bake in the oven for 30-40 min.


Serve with fromage frache, Greek or Turkish yogurt.
