Ingredients chicken taco soup


1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup of chopped white onions
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1 16 ounce can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1 can of or-tels tomatoes with green chilis
1 jalapeno
1 package of powdered ranch dressing
1 package of taco seasoning
1 15 ounce can of kidney beans
2 garlic cloves
3/4 cup of cilantro chopped
1 small can of black beans
1 can of fire roasted corn
1/4 teaspoon of ground cummin
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 keep 3 cups of chicken stock when cooking chicken
1 Quarter teaspoon oregano
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 can green chilli's 5oz.

how to make chicken taco soup


Boil chicken let cool then shred it. Save chicken stock


Put 3 cups of the chicken stock and all the ingredients in a big pot. Bring to light boil then let it simmer for 30 mins


Garnish with sour cream green onions shredded cheese
