
Ingredients chicken gizzards and hearts
2 lb chicken gizzards
2 lb chicken hearts
8 serano chiles sliced length wise
6 roma tomatoes sliced length wise
1 large onion cut in half then sliced
1 salt to taste
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 handful cilantro
1/4 cup oil
how to make chicken gizzards and hearts
boil gizzards and hearts about 15 minutes.
drain water add 1/4 cup oil and fry till almost crispy.
add all veggies and tomato sauce and let simmer about 10 minutes..
salt to taste
