5 Carrots chopped
3 Onions chopped
1 large Head cabbage chopped
2 can (16 ounce/440g) whole peeled tomatoes with liquid
1 (1 ounce/50g) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (15 ounce/410g) cut green beans drained
2 quart (1.8 liter) tomato juice
2 Green bell peppers diced
10 Stalks celery chopped
1 can (14 ounce/395g) can beef broth

how to make cabbage fat burning soup


Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are tender.


To make the soup heartier you can add browned ground beef or turkey. Note: meat not included in the nutritional information.
