Ingredients amazing mushroom and onion steak topper
1/2 white onion
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 olive oil
1 soy sauce
1 ground black pepper
1 teriyaki sauce

Cut your onion into large slices place in pan. Along with the washed mushrooms.
Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and soy sauce. Turn the heat on stove top to medium. Add your black pepper.
When it starts heating up and cooking add the teriyaki sauce. (I prefer Veri Veri teriyaki sauce and marinade)
Cover and cook for about 13-15 minutes stirring frequently.
